Obtained exclusively from our Sangiovese grapes destined for the production of Chianti Classico. After a long maceration and subsequent pressing, the pomace is transported still fresh to the distillery. This quick operation allows us to distinguish the aromatic potential present in the pomace. In this way we can obtain a Grappa with great personality and elegance.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: Crystalline visual appearance, floral and fruity aroma with delicate notes of berries. On the palate it is very soft, intense, very elegant and persistent with a sweet finish.
YIELD: between 10 - 12 liters per quintal.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 42% vol.
FORMAT: 500ml
Grappa Borratella is produced in limited quantities in an artisanal way.
