Obtained exclusively from our Sangiovese grapes destined for the production of Chianti Classico: After a long maceration and subsequent pressing, the pomace is transported still fresh to the distillery. This quick operation allows us to distinguish the aromatic potential present in the pomace. In this way we are able to obtain a Grappa with great personality and elegance.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: crystalline with a golden yellow color, intense and elegant aroma with delicate notes of fruit. On the palate it is soft, very elegant and persistent with a sweet finish.
YIELD: between 10 - 12 liters per quintal.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 42% vol.
FORMAT: 500ml
Grappa Borratella is produced in limited quantities in an artisanal way.
