Borratella is a luxury property, maintained to an excellent standard. The caretaker lives on the estate, a short distance away from the villa. He can be easily contacted for any queries.

The size of the villa is 200 sqm.

The pool is located to one side of the villa. It is accessed from the main loggia and down some wonderful, large stone steps.
Excellent views of the surrounding Chianti hills covered in a dense forest can be enjoyed while relaxing by the pool side or in the cool water.

The Pool

The pool is located to one side of the villa. It is accessed from the main loggia and down some wonderful, large stone steps.

It is nestled in a pretty, perfectly manicured lawn dotted with trees and surrounded by a paved deck which has several sun beds.

Excellent views of the surrounding Chianti hills covered in a dense forest can be enjoyed while relaxing by the pool side or in the cool water. Immediately around the villa there are the property’s vineyards which can also be seen from the pool area. To one side of the pool there are roman steps to enter the crystal water.

The pool is 15×8 metres and 1.6 to 2 metres deep. It’s open from April to October, weather permitting.
